  2. Desert Pirates

    Desert Pirates

The New Zealand Herald presents Desert Pirates. This is the story of Kiwi soldiers who made history in North Africa during World War II as part of the Long Range Desert Group (LRDG), the forerunners to the NZSAS. Operating behind enemy lines, they navigated vast deserts by sun and stars, carrying out daring raids and reconnaissance missions under extreme conditions. But beyond the legend lies the reality. This series explores the brutal, often untold human cost of desert warfare, and the life or death decisions these men faced as individuals and as a unit. The series draws on extraordinary recordings made during wartime by the NZ Broadcast Unit on site in North Africa, combined with compelling narration by John Daniell and Noelle McCarthy and featuring interviews with historians and those close to the men of the LRDG.  Desert Pirates is a NZ Herald collaboration with Bird of Paradise Productions, made with support from NZ on Air.

  5. Founders

    Founders

Learn from history's greatest entrepreneurs. Every week I read a biography of an entrepreneur and find ideas you can use in your work. This quote explains why: "There are thousands of years of history in which lots and lots of very smart people worked very hard and ran all types of experiments on how to create new businesses, invent new technology, new ways to manage etc. They ran these experiments throughout their entire lives. At some point, somebody put these lessons down in a book. For very little money and a few hours of time, you can learn from someone’s accumulated experience. There is so much more to learn from the past than we often realize. You could productively spend your time reading experiences of great people who have come before and you learn every time." —Marc Andreessen

  9. Dan Carlin's Hardcore History

    Dan Carlin's Hardcore History

In "Hardcore History" journalist and broadcaster Dan Carlin takes his "Martian", unorthodox way of thinking and applies it to the past. Was Alexander the Great as bad a person as Adolf Hitler? What would Apaches with modern weapons be like? Will our modern civilization ever fall like civilizations from past eras? This isn't academic history (and Carlin isn't a historian) but the podcast's unique blend of high drama, masterful narration and Twilight Zone-style twists has entertained millions of listeners.

  4. SHEIN Coupon Code Netherlands: I Tested [6ANU7] — Real Results & What You Should Know

SHEIN Coupon Code Netherlands: I Tested [6ANU7] — Real Results & What You Should Know

If you’re shopping on SHEIN in the Netherlands, you’ve probably seen dozens of sites claiming “up to 60% OFF” with random codes.I didn’t trust most of them either. So I decided to test one myself — the [6ANU7] SHEIN coupon code — using a fresh account in the Netherlands (EUR € region, app only). Here’s exactly what happened, what worked, and what didn’t.My First Test (Honest Experience)I downloaded the SHEIN app, set my region to the Netherlands, and created a new account. At first, I did what most people do:added items to my cartwent to checkoutapplied the code👉 Result: a small discount. Nothing special. That’s when I realized something important — this isn’t a typical fixed discount code. What Changed the OutcomeInstead of checking out right away, I tried a different approach:I entered [6ANU7] in the search bar firstWaited for the app to load offersThen started building my cartThis time, I noticed:extra coupon bundles appearedthe discount increased depending on my cartsome combinations worked better than others👉 That’s when it became clear: the code behaves more like a dynamic promo system, not a simple coupon. What Kind of Code Is [6ANU7]?Based on testing, this code acts as a mix of:Coupon code → gives an initial discountDiscount code → varies depending on your cartPromo code → tied to active campaignsReferral-style code → optimized for new users👉 This hybrid behavior is why results differ from user to user. How to Use It Properly (Netherlands Method)If you want the best results, here’s the method I recommend based on real use:Install the SHEIN appSet region to Netherlands (EUR €)Create a new accountType [6ANU7] in the search barLet the app activate available offersAdd items to your cartApply coupons at checkout💡 From my experience, entering the code early makes a noticeable difference. What You Can Realistically ExpectFrom my test and typical behavior:Up to 60% OFF is possibleYou may get additional coupon packsDiscounts vary depending on your cartThe app provides better results than desktop⚠️ Important: Not every cart will show the maximum discount.Practical Tips (From Testing)These made the biggest difference for me:✔ Enter the code before adding products✔ Avoid items already heavily discounted✔ Slightly adjust your cart total✔ Check for active promotions in the app👉 Small changes had a surprisingly big impact.Common Issues (And What I Noticed)If the code doesn’t seem to work:Make sure you’re using a new accountConfirm region is set to NetherlandsUse the mobile app (not browser)Try changing items in your cartIs [6ANU7] Reliable?Based on my direct experience:Yes, the code does workNo, it’s not a guaranteed fixed discountResults depend on how you use it👉 This is why many “coupon code lists” feel inconsistent.Final Thoughts (Realistic Take)If you're in the Netherlands and want a working SHEIN coupon code, [6ANU7] is worth trying — but only if you use it correctly. From what I’ve seen:👉 The code itself matters👉 But the method matters even moreIf you activate it early and adjust your cart, the savings can be noticeably better.🔑 Code: [6ANU7]🔗 Try it here: https://onelink.shein.com/19/5726e3le02tf
