Building a Home Renovation Empire - with Jordan Da Rosa

In this episode, Scott and Dylan decided to change things up a little bit and brought in the local powerhouse of general contracting, Jordan Da Rosa. Jordan and his wife Devyn are the Owners/Operators of Da Rosa Construction, a hugely successful home renovation business local to the Durham Region of Ontario.

We discuss various topics surrounding the home renovation business, with things to consider from both a contractor's and consumer's perspective. We also get into a great conversation about Jordan's story which features humble beginnings and a lot of hustling to get to where he is today.

You'll get to hear Jordan's thought processes on how he operates his business, from quotes/estimates, to what it takes to be successful as a self-employed contractor, in his opinion.
