She started playing football and floorball at a young age. She is the sister of Finnish floorball player Oona Kauppi. She is regarded as one of the world's most prominent floorball players. She has been awarded the Best Female Floorball Player in 2017, 2018, 2021 and 2023. Since 2018 she has been playing in Sweden, first for IKSU and since 2020 for Team Thorengruppen. She is a Finland floorball international.
