Moa Anna Carlebecker was born Jönköping County, located in southern Sweden, and grew up traveling around Europe and in the US with her family. She is a cousin of presenter Gry Forssell. The name Cazzi Opeia comes from the star constellation Cassiopeia. She took part in the sixth season of Idol in 2009. She reached the semi-finals where she was beaten by Mariette Hansson and Erika Selin.
