Nature Practice

The Nature Practice podcast is a guided journey that helps you shift from 𝘦𝘴𝘀𝘒𝘱π˜ͺ𝘯𝘨 to nature… to 𝘀𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘒𝘣𝘰𝘳𝘒𝘡π˜ͺ𝘯𝘨 with her.

Each short episode invites you into a simple practice you can do right outside your door β€” a way to take a β€œsoulful sip” of nature, offer your presence in return and allow your natural peace to re-emerge.

Hosted by, me, Natasha Deganello Giraudie β€” filmmaker, student of Himalayan traditions, lifelong learner of Indigenous wisdom, and creator of the Nature Practice method β€” this podcast weaves together nearly a decade of guiding hundreds of Earth lovers in retreats, workshops, online programs, and a class at Stanford.

Here, you’ll explore how to shift:
β€’ from experiencing peace only when the stars align β†’ to allowing your natural peace to re-emerge
β€’ from visiting nature as a temple β†’ to staying present for the ceremony of life as it quietly unfolds in your everyday world
β€’ from loving the Earth β†’ to consciously deepening your relationship with her

I offer nature practice to you. And to the sea turtle so that she may carry it to the shores of the seven seas and help weave our collective hearts back into the heart of the Earth.
