I believe that exercise, general movement and physical literacy can help to prevent a lot of the injuries and conditions that I see in patients. I also believe in active, exercise-based rehab. On my podcast, I talk to people who are leaders in the fitness and health community in order to spread knowledge to the general public about how they can use these modalities and practices to stay as healthy as possible.
