Neada Deters is the Founder & CEO of LESSE, an organic skincare line founded on the tenets of essentialism and representation. Originally from Sydney, Australia, Deters studied Art History and Literature before moving to New York to pursue a career in media and marketing. In this conversation, we speak to Neada about her Filipino and Austrlian roots, the career building blocks that resulted to LESSE, and nurturing a philosophy centered on collecting experiences over material objects.
