Sad But Kinda Funny started as an unfiltered, slightly chaotic, and oddly comforting podcast where two longtime friends, Brittney and Jennifer, reunited after years apart to talk about life, depression, leaving corporate, and the messy moments in between. It was real talk with zero pretension, equal parts vulnerable and hilarious, where even the bad days could still land a good punchline.

As life tends to do, things evolve. Jennifer has stepped back from the podcast to focus on a few things currently filling her plate, and Brittney will continue the journey forward. The heart of the podcast isn’t changing, it’s still honest, real, and sometimes a little sarcastic, but the format will shift.

Moving forward, Sad But Kinda Funny will feature rotating co-hosts for a few episodes at a time, along with guests from all walks of life and different stages of their journeys.
