I am a stay at home mom of 3 girls under 6 I created this podcast for fellow MomaBears Who have lost them selfs in motherhood, Who want to find themselfs not only in motherhood but outisde of motherhood as well as thrive in it not just survive.
This podcast is to help give you MomaBears motivation, encouregment, and tips , to grow and learn and find your true self.

I am not a perfessional at anything I am only a mom who has delt with all sides of motherhood, i want to encourage and cheer anyone on a journey to be the best version of themselfs not only for you but for your family . This is a journey of self improvment, creating habits and routines that not only work and feel good for you but for your family , self reflection, motiuvation to help you nagivgate through motherhood, life , self doubtand creating the person and mother you want to be .
