Our mission is simple, we want to help you calm your mind, and feel more peaceful and tranquil so you can live a more abundant, blessed, and fulfilling life. Leslie Riopel is a recognized psychology professor, healer, and mindfulness and meditation teacher who specializes in helping others who are on their own healing journey.
