I was once in a deep rut with drinking... consuming a minimum of an entire bottle of red wine to myself each and every night for any and every reason. I thought that I was 'fine'. Doesn't everyone drink this much? This went on for years and then I started to wake up to the fact that I was inducing myself to feel awful most of the time when I KNEW that I could be feeling better.

Hi! I am Jessica!I am a certified Hypnotherapist and a Life Coach and I want to share with you how I have successfully gone from obsessed, puprle-toothed Wino to a successful Moderate, sober-curious, can honestly 'take it or leave it' Mom of 4, entrepreneur and balanced chick.
