Hi, I'm Erin, compassion mentor and host of the MetaMentoring Podcast. I love helping people access more self-awareness and empathy. Sharing empathy-building techniques is my way of spreading peace in the world. And I definitely wish for a world with more peace and understanding.In this podcast, I will explore ideas related to learning, connecting, and healing - but in a reflective "meta" way. I'm learning (and making mistakes) right along with you!
