In 2003, The CIA declassified a document called The Gateway Process. It discloses the possibility that our universe is a hologram and that human consciousness is able to travel to other dimensions. In this episode, I cover some background information, along with several of the methods available for human consciousness to transcend this dimension, including hypnosis, Kundalini meditation, and biofeedback.
